My favorite 4th grade experience was going to UL. We were the first 4th grade class to go! When we got back the other classes were very curious. They were all asking the same question "was it fun?" and the answer is YES it was so, so, so, so, so much fun!
One thing I learned....
One thing I learned was how to make a book! I did a book all about me, with Mrs. Leven! I had so much fun doing that!!!
My favorite unit of study...
My favorite study was the electricity unit. We experimented with two wires and a battery! That was also fun. In that unit we did Quiz Boards they were awesome!
One area in which I am most improved...
One area in which I am most improved is math. Last year I was terrible at math. Now I am much better!!!
One thing of which I am most proud...
I am proud that I improved in math because I was not bad but not as good as I am now! I am very happy!
My favorite book I have read in 4th grade is Gregor The Overlander. This book is about a kid named Gregor. he falls down a laundry shoot with her little sister, Boots! They meet GIANT rats! It is really gross. But still it is a really good book!!!
One thing I plan to do this summer is...
One thing I plan to do this summer is go to camp! Every year I plan to go to camp. camp is the most fun part of my summer, sometimes! This year I am going on vacation. That will be fun for sure!!!
June makes me think about...
June makes me think about summer. June also is the start of camp! June is a really fantastic, awesome month!
New grade feelings...
Arriving at Mr. Lucci's room was amazing! I felt scared yet excited! Weird and not? I guess? It was really great. I am sad that my teacher is leaving this year but I am also happy for him. There were a bunch of mixed emotions this year in Mr. Lucci's 4th grade!!!
Going to 5th grade is exciting too! There is a new teacher and I don't know who she is. So that is pretty scary! I am glad to be going to 5th grade though!!!
If I could change the school I would...
If I could change the school I would use compost bins. To me this is a smart idea, maybe now there will not be so much garbage. I really think this could help our district!
